Cost
Rather than agencies that charge higher rates and significantly profit off of their caregivers, Caregiver Group's caregivers are self-employed and report directly to you. Because of this, they tend to negotiate fair rates, show up on time, and provide superior care. They make more, while you save more! It is a winning strategy that serves both you and the caregiver. Since we are a caregiver registry that connects qualified staff to you, we have a minimal weekly service fee that is based off of the actual amount of hours that you use one of our caregivers. There are times when an agency might be a better fit for you and we can help you determine if that is the case.
Appreciation
When families share that our caregivers are doing a great job, we love recognizing them! We pride ourselves on showering our caregivers with appreciation, but ultimately, they work directly for you. You are always welcomed to offer raises, write notes of gratitude, or simply express how much you appreciate the opportunity to get a good night’s rest. Remember, when you hire a caregiver from the Caregiver Group, Inc., they are your employee, not ours.
Support
We are a liaison for services in your community. So we work for you too and we take our role very seriously. If at any point you have any concerns with the quality of care that you are receiving, we are here to support you through making improvements with your caregiver / provider, or assist you in finding someone else that is a better fit. You are in control of what happens in your house and you no longer have to settle for mediocre caregiving!

Training
Before Caregiver Group adds a provider to our registry, they must first provide proof of their completion of required, qualifying Caregiver/Home Care Worker trainings. This may include being a DHS certified home care worker, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or higher nursing license, or other approved trainings. happens in your house and you no longer have to settle for mediocre caregiving!

Our services also make it easier to have a consistent caregiver. Since you hire and pay your caregiver directly, they work for you and are responsible for their working relationship with you. This avoids having a revolving door of people coming into your home. Working with a typical agency, many times results in not knowing who will assist you on any given day. This can be very frustrating and is one of the main reasons our clients seek our services.
